Great place with its wi-fi, luggage storage, and bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

It had family/4-persons rooms, good beds, was close to the airport (and relatively easy to find to people who don't know Iraklion). Friendly staff (that spoke good enough english). Everything looked clean.
We could not get the airconditioning to work (but were too lazy to ask, either...). Breakfast in the fridge was a bit poor. (eg only white bread and cakes).

easy access to the port which was great a dn not too far to walk to the city centre
was a little basic and not as nice as the pictures suggest but did not have any problems with the stay

Location made it super easy for exploring, being right by the bus station and ferry port. The staff, especially Hercules at reception, provided fantastic local tips that enhanced my visit. Our room was cozy and came with a nice lounge area. The bed was quite comfy for a good night's sleep. The family room felt a bit cramped, and the view from the window wasn't the greatest. Might be worth checking if other rooms have better views. A few more family-friendly activities could improve the overall experience.

This hotel is located in the main street, but rooms are situated to court. There is a little bit noisy. The hotel staff is very nice.
I had reserved no-smoking room but this room was smelt as cigarettes. We had been so tired that we had not solve this problem.

Very close to port and bus station and city centre.Good value .Rooms clean and comfortable.Staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast could have offered more choice ie eggs, cereal choices, etc. One of our rooms was a little dark and had no balcony.

Great location and friendly staff
Super easy access to everything, and Hercules at reception was a gem! He hooked us up with tips to explore, and the comfy bed made for a solid night's sleep. We grabbed some snacks from the bar area, nice. Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger, they felt a tad cramped.

The location was absolutely perfect and nice, within a close distance from a state-of-the-art museum. Plus the hotel was within walking distance from restaurants and cafes.

great stay but room could be larger
The location made exploring so easy with a bus stop right outside. The staff were really good. Their local recommendations. We loved having a family room with a sea view that added to our overall experience.
The family room felt a bit cramped at times.

It was clean and there did not appear to be many others in hotel, so noise from other people was non-existent.
The size of the bathroom dimished enjoyment as well a level of traffic noise

Even though it was clean, I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night and if you cannot find another hotel as in my case.
I had a front room that was very noisy. The hotel is on the main road from the airport to the city. You have to walk 10-15 min to reach the city centre. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I ever had and I have to say that I travel a lot!!!
