Excellent place with its wi-fi, luggage storage, and bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number. I’ll definitely be back for Christmas!

Location made it super easy for exploring, being right by the bus station and ferry port. The staff, especially Hercules at reception, provided fantastic local tips that enhanced my visit. Our room was cozy and came with a nice lounge area. The bed was quite comfy for a good night's sleep. the family room felt a bit cramped, and the view from the window wasn't the greatest. Might be worth checking if other rooms have better views. A few more family-friendly activities could improve the overall experience.

Great location and friendly staff

Super easy access to everything, and Hercules at reception was a gem! He hooked us up with tips to explore, and the comfy bed made for a solid night's sleep. We grabbed some snacks from the bar area, which was nice. Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger, they felt a tad cramped.

The location made exploring so easy with a bus stop right outside. The staff were exceptional. their local recommendations made a big difference to our trip. We loved having a family room with a sea view that added to our overall experience.

The family room felt a bit cramped at times.

This was an ideal choice for a day tour in Heraklion with value for money. The little balcony facing the beach was a nice touch. Make sure to plan your taxi rides. it could be tricky if you're leaving early.
